Online & Instore Purchases Only Allowed Exchange or Store Credit up to 14 days. Please see below for details.


IN STORE:

We will only accept returns 14 days after purchase EFFECTIVE November 12, 2017. Return will not be rewarded in store if you must return an item it must be in the same condition as received. No Smells, Original Tags & Condition. 

You may only exchange or receive store credit for the item.  

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Not Accepted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

ONLINE:
Exchanges ONLINE ONLY--Must be contacted about return within 10 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then you will receive a store credit code that can redeemed online to complete your next purchase. The store credit will be good for until used by you!

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

In Store Pickup Online Option: 
Same Policy As Above. 14 Day Policy. No Refund. You may exchange or receive store Credit. Please Try to Pickup within 5 days of Purchase, Contact us at 912.510.6959 if will be past 5 days.

Refunds Only Apply To Damaged or Out of Stock Items 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Each Item is inspected fully before being sent to each and every customer. If you need to return an item for the same item, send us an email at kaitlyns.saint@gmail.com or call during business hours. Once your item is received we will then send you a replacement item or refund if the same item is not available.

Gifts- 14 Days Return Policy See Above
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility. We suggest using a carrier that provides you with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit back to us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
